We customise our software to suit your business 100%, allowing you to finally be able to include ‘nice to haves’ in your system. Best of all, your staff can be involved through the entire custom development phase if you wish. Furthermore, after implementation, our IT team will always be available for customisations and/or changes to keep your system up-to-date with the latest technology.

That depends on your budget. We support most tablets so this comes down to your preferences. Tablets can also be used across the system for any purpose.

Our system has a wide range of reports already built in; covering accounting, warehousing, order entry, stock management and system management. These reports are tailored to each client’s needs. Any other reports specific to your environment can be written for you during the development and maintenance phases. Most reports can be automated or e-mailed instead of a manual run as an option.

Yes. Providing your network administrator allows this, then the entire system can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection. You can enable external access for certain user’s only and/or certain programs only. The same base security applies to external access that already applies to access within your nertwork on-site, with only a few extras (see below).

Strong built-in security protocols only allow approved access from specific devices and workstations into the main server, which would be physically located on your premises. Additionally, the system is password protected using encrypted passwords and all login attempts are logged and mointored at all times.

No. Because the system is web based, that allows us to develop from anywhere with an internet connection. We will however need to arrange meetings every so often in order to achieve the best results. Every client is different and we will assess the issue of on-site development with you before we begin a project.

No. Our optional conversion process during the development phase means that nothing is lost and your company will still have access to your entire history via our system.

That depends on how you would like your system to be set up. Any aspects of the system can be shut down to specific users or groups. Including reports and dashboards, you can also restrict users to only seeing data relating to their branches.

In short, no. The software has been written in such a way that all clients will need some level of development before they can start using the packages. We find that most clients also think of new things as they get to know the software, so it literally grows with your business! We also maintain the software ourselves; therefore a one-off purchase package isn’t applicable to our custom built software. More Info: Development
